Gone are those days were we would plan for a day out/wait for weekend/look for sale to shop....after all online shopping ka zamana hai :) and all that is required to shop is internet.
Today's post is about my shopping experience with Jabong.com. Jabong is one of the leading online shopping sites. They have wide variety of options with products ranging from clothing to footwear to watches to makeup and many more items :)
Most of the times Jabong has offers/discounts/sales going on and they are listed at the home page. Site navigation on Jabong.com is user-friendly. You could use Search bar, Brands section or drop list to look for items you wanna purchase.
If there are any queries, you could reach out to their customer support which 24x7 or check the FAQ section here. Queries related to shipping, returns and other other related stuff are well described.
My experience:
I placed an order for pink leggings and Dove deo. While placing the order, I faced an issue in the payment step. I immediately called the customer support and spoke to them. They were courteous and clear. I also received a call from their supervisor to check if I am willing to go with Cash on Delivery option and that they would process my order at the backend. I did not go for COD coz I dint wanna pay extra just for the delivery.
Once the issue was clear, I placed the order and received an email and sms with order confirmation and specifics. Each time my items were shipped, I received an email and sms with the courier partner and tracking number details. I was really impressed with this service.
I received my items within the provided estimated delivery time. Items were neatly packed. I also received a discount coupon for future use.
One of the issues I faced while browsing the site was that Dove deo could not be found in 'Deo' Search results or under 'Fragrance' section. I found it via 'Brands' tab and it was listed under Cream section.
Overall I really enjoyed shopping on Jabong.com and would love to shop again from Jabong. Here are some of the highlights:
- Easy to navigate and user friendly site
- Excellent customer service. Customer support available 24x7
- FAQs section well described
- Once order is shipped, details of courier partner and tracking number provided via email & sms
Few points on which they can improve
- Few items are over priced as compared to other shopping sites
- COD is chargable with amount of Rs.39/-
- Products must be properly listed under its Category i.e in my case Dove Deo spray should have ideally listed under Fragrances section
PS : Jabong provided me shopping voucher for the purchase but my review is honest
