Today I have a really simple yet stylish nail art - Matted Houndstooth nails. I love houndstooth print, it has always been in fashion. I have been eyeing on using the houndstooth image from my cheeky plates for long now.
For this design, I started with Maybelline Colorshow Denim Dash as the base color. Its a beautiful matted blue color. It is one of my favorite colors. Being a lil impaitent I managed to get dents on my nails :)
Once the base color was dry I used +OPI Alpine Snow to stamp image from Cheeky plate CH18. Then applied Revlon Matte top coat for a matted look. Really liked this design. It looks so cool and trendy.
